Deferred and Pensioner GMP reconciliation has been completed. A total of 206,000 member records have been investigated and queries relating to service and GMP values have been sent to HMRC. Resolutions to the queries raised are expected over the coming weeks.

We’ve now started on the active member reconciliation. A small number of member records have been investigated to date and as yet we’ve not had to get in touch with any employers. We’ll continue to monitor the outcomes and should it become evident that employer contact is required to resolve service and/or salary related queries, the process for contact will be published within this Bulletin. 

We’ll ensure any employer contact is kept to a minimum and continue to provide updates on the reconciliation progress.
