Summer deadline reminder – Monthly Contributions Payments and Admin

We’re heading into the summer break for our teaching establishments (if you haven’t done so already), but it’s still important that you send your monthly contributions payments and breakdown forms by the Scheme deadlines. Please note that failure to provide contributions payments and monthly contributions forms will result in interest charges, chaser phone calls and emails and inclusion in breach reporting to the Department for Education and The Pensions Regulator.

Please help us identify and reconcile your payments efficiently by correctly stating the Establishment Reference number within your BACS reference. Please ensure that this reference remains exactly the same each month and does not contain any updates (for example: TEACHERSPENSIONS999/9999 or TEACHERSPENSIONS999999) as our system relies on identifying this recurring reference and posting it to your account.

In addition, if there are any changes to the contact details for queries on your contributions submissions and payments, please remember to update the Declaration and Contact Form via the Employer Portal or notify the Contributions Team (This link opens in a new window) and your account contact details will be updated accordingly.
