Revision cases

There’s been a significant increase in the volumes of revisions in members service and/or salary. We’re prioritising the case processing and apologise in advance for any delays your employees are experiencing. Before submitting, please ensure that all revised information is sent on the same day and is accurate, as this will reduce delays in processing applications and information requests.
