When completing the Declaration form with service and salary details, we’d like to remind you to only complete the contributions paid column with details of contributions already paid to us. Recent declarations have included the contributions due, which have delayed accurate invoices being issued. Can we also request that if even if you use a payroll provider to manage the submission of service and salary details, invoices for arrears of contributions must be addressed to the employer. Please ensure your payroll provider informs us of your contact details so we can arrange for the invoice to be sent to the correct person.
