Monthly Breakdown forms
If you haven’t yet on-boarded to Monthly Contributions Reconciliation, you still need to submit a Monthly Breakdown form to accompany your payment each month. These forms then helps us to allocate the contributions correctly and assists the Government Actuary with the Scheme Valuation. Submitting an MDC file isn’t a substitute for the Monthly Breakdown form, and both should be completed each month.

End of Year Certificate (EOYC) 18/19
We recently contacted those of you who’ve yet to submit your 18/19 EOYC return. If you were contacted about this and have yet to do so, please forward your return as an email attachment to us (This link opens in a new window).

The 19/20 EOYC is also due, so if this has been completed it can be emailed to our Audit team (This link opens in a new window).

Arrears of contributions
When contributions aren’t deducted for eligible members when they ought to have been, this results in an invoice being issued for those missing contributions. This will include an interest charge for late payment. We recognise that these are difficult times and where it’s financially challenging to settle an invoice, we suggest that the initial contributions are paid and the interest can then be dealt with separately.

If you come across challenges in agreeing a repayment plan with the member, we ask that you pay their share of the arrears and advise us of this via email (This link opens in a new window).
