Changes to our log in process on the Employer Portal and My Pension Online

From October 21 we’ll be implementing a new security feature to make your online experience even safer.

Currently, if you enter an incorrect password when logging in to the Employer Portal, it doesn’t allow you to progress to the next step of entering your PIN. When the change is implemented, you’ll
be presented with the PIN screen even if your password is entered incorrectly and advised that your details are incorrect, but it won’t specify which.

Please ensure you enter all log in details as carefully as possible. This change will also be reflected across My Pension Online for members.
