We’ve launched member secure web messaging and WhatsApp!

We’re pleased to announce that after an initial successful testing period, we’ve launched secure web messaging and WhatsApp for members today!

The service, which will be open 24 hours a day, provides members with an opportunity to contact us about their pension and account details. Responses from our team will be available from 9am – 4:20pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

WhatsApp will also be available 24 hours a day and responses will be sent from our team between 9am – 4:20pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays, and these will be handled in order of receipt.

When speaking to members please ensure you tell them about this great service! The next stage will be to look at offering new services to employers.
