MCR27 errors This warning error is created when you’ve provided contributions for a member we’ve recorded as opted out of the Scheme. This may be produced because we haven’t been informed of the point in which they enrolled or opted in to the Scheme. If a member is currently opted into the Scheme and is having contributions deducted each month, we’ll require either the correct enrolment template submitting to the member’s record, or a fully completed Opt in form with the retrospective effective date required. We also need supporting evidence of contributions being deducted for the relevant period. This can be through payslips or payroll extracts. Please could you provide the first month of the period, then every following March that shows the year-to-date contributions total. You can find more information regarding enrolments on our website.
