Arrears of Contributions

We understand that at times you may find yourself in a position where you’re in arrears of contributions. To help us understand why these occur in specific instances, please provide us with an explanation as why. We need this information as individual circumstances may differ and it prevents us from asking follow up questions which may take up more of your time.

Payment of contributions

If you’re paying contributions on behalf of a number of establishments, you should be making one payment / one file submission for each establishment and should avoid making just the one bulk payment on behalf of a number of establishments. Recently we’ve been experiencing issues where bulk payments are being received with no associated paperwork. As we cannot identify who the contributions are in respect of, it appears that their payment(s) haven’t been received.

EOYC 2021/22

By now you should’ve submitted your EOYC as both deadlines have passed. If you’ve yet to submit your return you should do as soon as possible, together with any prior year returns that are also outstanding.

MCR submissions

If you’ve any errors on your MCR submission you should correct these as soon as possible. Failure to do so within three months will result in subsequent submissions being rejected and therefore member service records not being updated accordingly.
