In Spring the Department for Education plans to launch its consultation on the retrospective remedy. This is to  address the discrimination that was identified in the Transitional Protection arrangements in the 2015 scheme reforms in the Teachers’ Pension Scheme. It will propose how it will remedy that discrimination and how the process will work for affected members.
