Updating a member’s National Insurance number or Date of Birth

We’d like to remind you, if you’re updating a member’s National Insurance number or Date of Birth, you can only do this if you’ve up to date service on their record.

When making these changes, they need to be submitted through the Member Search section of the Employer Portal.

We don’t accept email requests to make this change, the only exception would be if we hold a temporary National Insurance number for a member.
