With immediate effect, if you require a Cash Equivalent Transfer Value (CETV) you’ll no longer need to ask your employers to fill out part B of the application form. Service is now uploaded monthly by employers resulting in accurate and up to date service records, meaning that you’re only required to fill out Part A of this form before sending it directly to us. Part B of the form has been removed from the application form.
