Struggling to find an answer to your question? We’ve launched web chat to help.

It’ll provide you with an opportunity to contact us about your pension and to seek further information about the Scheme. At the moment we won’t be able to discuss your personal details over web chat. If you do have a query which requires you to provide your security information, please continue to use My Pension Online or the Contact Centre to get in touch.

The service will be open from 9am – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.

The next stage will be to look at secure web chat for members.
