You may have recently received a leaver pack from us. This is because our records indicate you haven’t had service in the last Scheme year and we’ve not had confirmation from your employer that you’ve left service, which has triggered an assumed leaver pack.

If you believe this has been sent in error (i.e you’re still in service) please speak to your employer to ensure your service record is up to date. Unfortunately we can’t update your record without confirmation from your employer.
