We’ve recently updated how Benefit Statements are displayed to make it easier for you to understand your service. As we now collect service on a monthly, rather than annual basis we changed the service summary page to show you how we calculate your reckonable service month by month.

By being able to view your monthly service history you’ll be able to make sure your service is being recorded as you expect. This will also show you how your service is all put together to calculate your reckonable service (any service that counts for benefits in the final salary arrangement).
