Employer Secure Messaging – Important date to be aware of

This year we launched Employer Secure Messaging, which provides you the opportunity to communicate with us securely through the Employer Portal. We advised that it’ll replace many of our current email addresses that you’ve previously used.

By 1 January 2025, most email addresses that were used to contact us will be removed. These contact options are currently covered within Secure Messaging.

The only remaining emails are for specific queries that are outside of Secure Messaging. Please don’t use these for queries that aren’t linked to these as they won’t be responded to.

If you aren’t already communicating with us by this method, please make sure you’re familiar with this approach. It’s already available, so feel free to start from now!
