WhatsApp update

Update: This has now been resolved and WhatsApp is working as normal. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

 

If you sent a message to our account from Wednesday 16 February, we may not have received your message. This includes both new conversations and responses of ongoing conversations. Please don’t try and send it again but use our secure chat facility instead.

We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused and are working to fix the issue. Currently, we don’t have a timescale for resolution but will keep you updated as we know more.
