When applying for normal age retirement or early retirement (also known as Actuarially Adjusted Benefits), you must complete an online form via My Pension Online. 

This is to ensure the process is as streamlined as possible and that forms can be processed quickly and easily. Therefore, if you’re planning on retiring soon and you don’t have an MPO account, please sign up to ensure you don’t delay your well-earned retirement plans.
