Remediable Service Statement (RSS) support

We’re working through all affected retired members’ service to provide their Remediable Service Statement (RSS) as quickly as possible. Find out more about this in our April newsletter (This link opens in a new window).

We’ve had feedback to suggest that when members are accessing their RSS, it’s difficult to find.

Firstly, you don’t need to contact us; once we’ve completed your RSS, we’ll notify you via email. This will tell you to log in to your My Pension Online account (please register for an account if you don’t already have one) (This link opens in a new window).

Once you’re in your My Pension Online account messages you’ll find your RSS (also known as a Rectification Statement). This is a PDF attached to the message, as well as instructions on how to complete the necessary form.

You will be asked to complete the form either by post or online, depending on your circumstances.

If you need to complete the form via post, you’ll find the form at the bottom of your attached RSS. You’ll need to print this off, complete it, and return it to the address provided.

If you can complete it online, you’ll be provided with a link to the ‘Your Retirement Choices’ webform.

The inbox message will tell you how to complete the form.

These forms aren’t available on other parts of our website; you can only access them through the message we send you.

This is because the form is unique to you and your circumstances.
