Phishing emails

We’ve been made aware of a phishing email being sent to members with our branding on. The emails contain a link to update your details.

If you receive such an email, please delete it and do not click the link as it is a scam.

Please be aware that we would not ask you to update your details via an email link. We always encourage you to log in to My Pension Online to update your details if needed.

Key points to watch out for in phishing emails:
Unknown sender address: The sender's email address may not match our email address (noreply@mail.teacherspensions.co.uk)
Suspicious links: Don’t click on links in emails if you aren’t sure who the sender is
Requests for personal information:  We won’t ask you to provide your person details
Grammatical errors: scam emails often contain spelling and grammatical errors.
