Your Benefit Statement, which includes information about your service and salary, used to be posted to you annually but now it can be accessed online via My Pension Online. Being online means it’s more secure and you can access it anytime you like. What’s more we have lots of online help, including an interactive guide (This link opens in a new window) and a ‘how to’ video to ensure you understand the statement.

Don’t worry you can still print copies of your statements whenever you need to.
