Improvements to member log in

Based on your continued feedback about our website, we’ve redesigned the log in process to make it simpler for you to access.

The previous process required you to input various characters from your password and pin number, however the new process now requires:

  • Step 1 – you’ll now be required to enter an email address and full password (not just selected characters)
  • Step 2 - you’ll be asked for specific characters from your PIN.

While this process is simpler My Pension Online will still retain its high level of security.

Along with a simpler log in process the changes also mean:

  • There’s now a single reset and unlock form (replacing the two forms we had previously) 
  •  The temporary password can be copied and pasted into the new password field (minimising mistakes).
