Changes to the log in process

As part of our refresh of My Pension Online (MPO), we also updated the log in process to make it simpler to use. This follows feedback from members that the process was too complex.

Step 1 – you’ll now be required to enter an email address and full password (not just selected characters)

Step 2 - you’ll be asked for specific characters from your PIN.

Other changes include:

  • There’s now a single reset and unlock form (replacing the two forms we had previously) 
  • The temporary password can be copied and pasted into the new password field (minimising mistakes).

While we’ve made changes to the log in process please be assured that MPO still retains its high level of security.
