We recently included a story in our pensioner newsletter regarding updates to the process for Power of Attorney (PoA). This was to let you know of the recent changes on how to notify us when you wish to enact the PoA.

Please be reassured you don’t need to get in touch with us until you wish for us to start corresponding with your PoA rather than yourself.

Please note if you ask us to note your PoA on your record any correspondence going forward will be sent to them.
