Answer:
In short, no, however, we’re only able to help a specific amount of establishments on-board in any given month, therefore we’re limiting the amount of establishments that can on-board at the same time, to ensure we can give them the support they need. If you’ve yet to on-board, check out our on-boarding webpage for availability.
-
Answer:
You can provide your MCR submission any time after your on-boarding date. Please make sure that your first submission contains the service and contribution information relating to the month you on-board. For example, if your on-boarding date is September 2020, your first submission should contain service and contribution information for members in September 2020.
-
Answer:
No this isn’t possible. All establishments within a LA must join at the same time. If several providers are involved in producing the MCR information, then all must be ready at the same time.
-
Answer:
You’d be able to join at different times providing you’re completing academy submissions. This means that you’d have to submit a separate MCR/MDC file for each separate academy, and the MAT and you would also need to make individual payments for each establishment and the MAT.
