My Pension Online is the Teachers' Pension online portal designed to help you manage your pension more efficiently.
Here are the answers to some frequently asked questions about the portal.

My Pension Online is a secure portal that lets you check and manage your Teacher’s pension online.
In instances where an account is logged into twice it will log out both sessions. Often this is caused by a closed window or tab and logging back in. However, if you suspect somebody may be trying to access your account, please amend your log in details and let us know.
You can provide feedback to us by completing our online survey. The survey is located on your dashboard and can be accessed by clicking on the ‘Share your experience’ link.
You can access a personalised estimate of your retirement benefits based on the service and salary details sent to Teachers’ Pensions by your employer.
You can also update changes to your personal details (such as name and address) or change your death grant nominees. You can complete and return forms online without having to worry about paper and postage. It’s simply the quickest, easiest and safest way to manage your pension.
Once you’ve registered for MPO once a year you’ll be asked to confirm your details are still up to date. You can use the opportunity to update them, if not please tick the box at the bottom of the screen to proceed to the dashboard as usual.
If you're having trouble we'd recommend first attempting to edit each section, this will help highlight any outstanding information. Once you're happy the information is correct please ensure you tick the box to accept the privacy policy before submitting the form.
