    Yes, this file name would also need to be unique and therefore needs to be different to any you have previously submitted. The Employer Portal will produce an error if you attempt to upload a file that doesn’t have a unique name. This give us assurance that a change has been made to the file and that the same file with the same errors hasn’t been reuploaded.

    This will depend on the discrepancy; in most instances the file will be accepted but may output a warning error. For example, if the member is recorded as opted out on our records but they’ve enrolled back into the Scheme, you may get a contribution warning error about contributions being paid, if provided, for an opted-out member. If you’ve concerns about a member’s status, please ensure to contact the MCR team to correct this. Visit our contact options for further details.
