To assist you in identifying the Scheme arrangements that members are in, a report has been developed.

This report is available monthly, on the 1st of each month and provides details of members whose arrangement has changes as a result of:

• Service updates filling a gap in service of more than five years
• Service updates creating a gap in service of more than five years
• Notification of retained protection after joining from another public scheme
• New joiners
• Tapered protection members with less than three months to transition date

The reports are in CSV format, and will only be accessible from the Employer Portal, in the Scheme Arrangement Notification area of the Portal. An email notification is issued when a report is available for downloading.
