Correcting Contributions deducted incorrectly

    In order to perform corrections to contributions that have been deducted incorrectly, you'll need to perform a 'when earned adjustment'.

    This will require you to perform the corrections in your payroll and reflect this change in your MCR submission.

    You’ll need to provide an update line and follow the guidance on how to provide this from the User Guide in the 'what data is required for Monthly Contributions Reconciliation?' section.
