How long do I have to complete this?

While we’d like any non-submitted service to be corrected as soon as possible, we’re aware that it may take some time to do in some cases. The checklist is there to help highlight issues to you and we’re not going to chase the completion of this following the 28th of the month. It’s ultimately your responsibility to resolve any issue with your service records in as timely a manner as possible.

However, if the member is incorrectly being identified as in ‘Active Employment’ due to a missing ‘Withdrawal’ indicator, then these members will appear on the following months checklist files until this is corrected.
